Description
Marianna’s handmade pies are produced by the women’s cooperative of Nea Gonia, Goniatisses. It all started in the mid-2000s when Marianna Kazaki and her friends, Evgenia Kazana, Eleni Kazaki, and Roula Tsiosi, decided to turn their hobby into a profession. Using ingredients purchased daily by the Kazaki Vineyards, Marianna’s recipes, and their work, Goniatisses make Marianna’s handmade pies every day. They always maintain the same quality as other Marianna’s products and are always unbeatable in taste. Marianna’s handmade savory zucchini pie is made in small batches each time, using only the best ingredients. Each kilogram of pie contains 270 grams of zucchini and 120 grams of Feta (P.D.O.) cheese. It also includes spring and red onions, carrots, and the best quality vegetable oils and fats. The pie is made with hand-rolled dough prepared daily by the Goniatisses, using only flour from Halkidiki. Marianna’s handmade zucchini and Feta cheese pie is already exported to the European Union and is available in selected Greek and Mediterranean product stores. It is also used in restaurants and hotels offering Greek breakfast. Without preservatives or other additives, Marianna’s handmade zucchini and Feta cheese pie goes straight from the freezer to the oven and is ready to enjoy after proper baking.
